Thank you Maria for assisting me in the sale of my condo. It was a very stressful time for me having to sell my condo in a very short period of time. Maria did an amazing job marketing the condo and brought in a buyer, and had it sold within one week!!! I recently had the pleasure of working with Maria on the the purchase of my first home. She worked tirelessly to find the home that was perfect for me and sincerely had my best interests at heart throughout the entire process. Maria helped my fiance and I find the perfect condo last year and made the process very enjoyable! She listened to our likes and dislikes and within a month we found the perfect place to start our new lives!

Maria’s knowledge in selling and renting properties did an excellent job for us. It was an absolute pleasure working with Maria over the past months, selling our house and buying a new home in our preferred area. We have become friends and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
We interviewed several agents looking for the right one as we had not been in the market for 30 years, and, we must say, Maria was a great choice to guide us through this process with patience and humour – our house was just too colourful – as she tactfully got us to repaint in a neutral colour!! She definitely has a good understanding of what sells a house in this current hot, sellers’ market!! The house sold in 4 days for more than we hoped for and, to great buyers, we were very comfortable with. We definitely chose the right person to help us through this roller coaster ride!
She is a seasoned agent with a versatile background which provides her clients with a great range of knowledge & experience.
We were initially all over the map about where we wanted to look for a house, and she was very patient while we went through the process of learning what was out there.
She knows the market and always does the background work that informed us about each property she showed us. In the end she found us our new house which was quite different to the one we had planned on, but are quite happy to have found.
The whole process of negotiating the sale of our house and the buying of our new home was confidently handled by Maria with seeming ease. We trusted her to negotiate a good deal for us, and she did not disappoint. We know there is endless work involved, and we thank her for her dedication.
